Vitamin C  is a water-soluble vitamin known for boosting the immune system.

We are unable to produce Vitamin C in our body and have to get it from food sources. Vitamin C is present in most of the fruits and vegetables, particularly citrus fruits such as oranges.

Today, due to handling, processing and cooking, Vitamin C content in food is significantly reduced. Vitamin C is easily oxidized by the air and is stable in a dry, powdered or tablet form.

Adults: 1 to 3 tablets a day or as directed by physician
Adolescence: 1 to 2 tablets a day or as directed by physician
